Crimson and I brewed some pretty tasty homebrew during 2008 and thought it would make a great Christmas gift for family and friends. So with the generous and talented help of Ben Nunery from Powerhouse Factories, we were able to print and assemble these limited edition, collector's packs just in time for the holidays.

We brewed and bottled the booze via Mr. Beer (I wish I was cool enough to say that I knew what I was doing) while Ben handled the design and silk-screening.

Each 4 pack contains an assortment of four out of five different recipes brewed throughout the year. There's Jefferson's Colonial Ale, Whispering Wheat Weizenbier, Sticky Wicket Oatmeal Stout, West Coast Pale Ale and Witty Monk Witbier. The last two we haven't actually tried yet and may still need a week or two to get good and carbonated so our fingers are crossed- hopefully those won't be the skunks that ruin Christmas for some lucky individual.

The beer is named after a summer camp that Ben and I attended together as kids. While we weren't boozing through arts & crafts or anything, the name represents a tribute of sorts to our reunited friendship and a throwback to a meaningful and fun time filled with lots of great memories.
